What happens after I pay for any of your Subscription Plans?
Once you have paid for any of our subscription plans we will start working on putting together your client management system; once completed we will e-mail you log-in information and instructions on setting up your system. Please allow 24 hours to get your system set up.
Do I get charged on a Monthly of Yearly Basis?
It is really up to you, however, you will save more money if you choose to pay on a yearly basis. You can choose to pay Monthly but it will cost you $10.00 per month per user.
Is my subscription service on Auto-Renewal?
Yes, you will be charged automatically after your subscription ends. If you do not want to be on auto-renewal you will need to e-mail or call to notify us; keep in mind that your client management system will stop working 3 days after your subscription ends.
How does document storage allocation work?
We count storage allocation only for those documents that are uploaded to the system for storage, for attachments to e-mails or documents that are used for obtaining electronic signature. Allocation is global depending on how many users you have on your system, for example if you purchase the “all features” package with a total of 3 users, then allocation will be set for a total of 9 GB of total storage (3 users x 3GB storage per user = 9 GB Storage).
Can I request a refund?
Yes! Even if you have paid for a whole year you can still request a refund. Your refund is prorated to the amount of months left in your subscription, if for example you have signed up for services in January and you cancel your subscription in mid-March, you will be charged for the rest of March but will receive a refund for the months of April through December. Month to Month subscriptions are only eligible for a Full Refund during the first 5 days after your subscription starts.
How do I cancel my Subscription Plan?
You can cancel subscriptions through your user panel under My Account > Subscriptions. You can also contact us through email at info@properfile.com or call us at 1 (877) 705-0280.
How long does it take to get additional users added to the sytem?
It usually takes between 2-3 hours for our team to add additional users to your system.
